Notes: Concerning the track position, since this tape is a Mono Half Track, it should be played back with the Tascam 32, however I oped to use the Sony TC-651 due to a significant amount of crosstalk between the channels when playing back with the Tascam 32. This is unfortunate because the Tascam 32 transfer did sound better in terms of high frequency response, but the Sony TC-651 transfer is much less distracting, so that’s what I uploaded. I think this crosstalk may be able to be corrected if the tape head position is adjusted, but that’s not something I’m comfortable with doing myself and may revisit at a later time.
